You are not hungry

One of the greatest hurdles of losing weight is our desire to eat, pops up every now and then. Many times even after we had food an hour ago, we find ourselves looking for food again. It is mostly not because we are hungry, but because we are bored and would like to do something that we enjoy the most. Many times we have seen that the food is tastier when we are very hungry. That is because we appreciate something more when we actually need than when we think that we need it.

One of the techniques that I have learnt over the time is to stand in front of the fridge when I am not really hungry and feel like eating something is to look for something that is really low in calorie. As I do not really need energy but just want to feed my feeling to eat. This way I can tackle my desire as well as take care of my physical well being. At these points of times when you just want to satisfy your feeling to eat something you can also eat stuff that will actually help you detox and also help with digestion. My favourite for this are carrots and at times some fresh fruits would do as well. But carrots can give you the feeling of being full.

You can also fill a section of your refrigerator with food that you specifically keep for the times when you are not really hungry. Make sure not to put in this section nut butters, as healthy as it can be, it ihas a huge amount of calories. So you can then go ahead and start bringing in more variety, as you might not be able to fool yourself with the same thing again and again. Some other options are cucumbers, apples, watermelon, yoghurt and other low fat food.

Walk to be slim and fit

Do you want to lose weight, or just be fit and healthy, or both? Well, the easiest way to accomplish this is by adopting a walking program. It requires little investment in terms of money and time and can be incorporated into almost any lifestyle.

Walking is a cardiovascular activity that helps strengthen the heart and boosts metabolism. With a higher metabolic rate your body will burn more calories and keep unwanted fat at bay. Along with a proper diet, even a few minutes of walking will result in quicker weightloss. But just like any other exercise program, it is advisable to start your walking program at a moderate rate, so that the body can get used to it. As a beginner you can start with 20 to 30 minute walk, 3 to 4 times a week. As you notice, your strength and stamina building up, increase the duration slowly to up to 40 to 60 minutes, 5 times a week. Once you adapt to the routine you will be able to walk faster with ease and reap all the benefits of this cardiovascular exercise.

For a Successful Walking program

When you decide to begin a walking program, have a word with your doctor to make sure you don’t put a strain on your body and start off safely. Next is the right gear. Shoes specifically made for running or walking should be worn to avoid injury to the leg, foot or back. These shoes are well cushioned and act as shock absorbers. So, buy a good shoe, in fact you can choose one from the shop fitting display. Another point to keep in mind is to keep yourself well hydrated before, during and after the walk. Drink lots of water so that when you sweat, the water is replaced quickly in the body. Keeping a constant pace while walking is crucial for getting all the benefits of the exercise. Swinging your arms while walking will tone your arms as well.

If I could suppress my hunger, not eat when I am depressed and also be promised that I will get what I want then I would surely lose weight. Most people who want to lose weight have either all these three or at least one of these hindering their ability to be fit. The blessing is that we have the capability to lose weight, imagine a world where once you gain weight then there would never be a way that you could lose it, may be something like your height. Thankfully that’s not the case. There are so many reasons of not being able to lose weight, but thankfully not as impossible as losing height.

It is much easier to say that I don’t care what people say about me. I am going to be the way that I am, I will be with the ones who like me the way I am. But the point is that being overweight is not only about making you look good but also about the state of your physical health. I have heard some of the highly obese people who literally are moved to tears when saying that due to their weight they are not able to hug their loved ones, nor can anyone give them a tight hug. While you might not be that obese but you certainly might be on the way. It’s interesting how people spend for laser hair removal and do nothing practical for weight loss.

I think the prospect of not being able to undergo the variety of sickness caused due to overweight is a good enough incentive for losing weight. There are many companies that are thriving in the weight loss industry, though the interesting fact is that weight can actually be lost by regular exercise and with a healthy eating plan. Many people fall into the trap and buy those pills, but they do not realise that the trap is set and the moment they would stop eating those pills they will gain all the fat back, so now you can pay someone lifelong or till the time you choose to exercise. The benefits are huge on the longer route. The experienced will never take the shortcuts again.

That food product was not meant for human consumption. That is right, only organic or all natural foods should be purchased and eaten.

Purchase Organic Foods

It has been said that organic vegetables, fruits and meat products cost more. Well, this may be true. But, so is going to the doctor to get unnecessary medicines to ’help you reduce unnecessary weight'on you body. The best way to stay away for a doctor’s office and lose weight fast naturally is to take care of yourself. This will only happen when you begin eating vegetables, fruits and meats that are not pumped with hormones. Deciding to pay more for organic foods, is a lot better choice than paying more to see a doctor which increases everyone’s health care.

Skipping Meals is not Recommended

On your way to losing unhealthy weight, remember, it is never okay to skip a meal. In fact, this is how everyone, losing weight or not, should be eating: Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner and a final Snack. When a snack is added in between meals, this is a healthy snack like a small portion of fruit in cup or an ounce of raisins. Meals should not have any carbohydrates included at all. Carbohydrates will only sit on your stomach and hips. Carbohydrates turn to sugar and will only slow down the weight loss process.

Being able to lose weight fast naturally should never be hard. The most important thing about anyone’s life is their health. In the end, our health is all we have. When our health is looked at it this way, cutting bad foods out of our daily lives will be a no brainer. For all the people who thought that fish oil capsules accelerates weight loss, the bad news is that it will not accelerate if you are already dieting and exercising. Fish oil certainly has a lot of healthy benefits since its rich in Omega 3. It helps cutting down cholesterol, reduces blood pressure and can also improve insulin sensitivity.
